How to Sell Back (Old Sell-back Policy)
Bring Your Items: Visit our shop with your GJ item(s), original receipt, and GJ Sell Back Card.
Meet Our Sales Associate: Inform our sales associate that you wish to sell your Emas Jaguar item(s).
Item Inspection: Our sales associate will inspect your item(s).
Receive Payment: If everything is in order, we will buy the item(s) with a maximum cap depending on your item value.
Terms & Conditions
- Only items purchased from GJ are eligible for resale (Emas Jaguar only; Emas Bangkok, Emas Korea, and Emas Titanium are not included).
- The original receipt (must not be more than 1 year from the purchase date) and GJ Sell Back Card are required.
- One item is limited to one redemption per transaction.
- For items with a value of ฿ 403.55 and below, the cap is ฿ 40.36.
- For items with a value of ฿ 411.62 - ฿ 807.11, the cap is ฿ 80.71.
- For items with a value of ฿ 815.18 - ฿ 1,210.66, the cap is ฿ 121.07.
- For items with a value of ฿ 1,218.73 - ฿ 1,614.21, the cap is ฿ 161.42.
- For items with a value of ฿ 2,025.84 and above, the cap is ฿ 201.78.
- Our sales associate will verify if the item is from our store.
- All final decisions will be made by our sales associate.
