AFFILIATE PARTNER POLICY
TERMS & CONDITION
Please read the entire policy.
This is a policy by Golden Jaguar Jewellery Sdn Bhd ("GJ Jewellery" or "the Brand").
1. Purpose
This Policy sets out the binding terms and conditions under which Affiliates may promote Golden Jaguar Jewellery Sdn Bhd ("GJ Jewellery" or "the Brand") and its products.
2. Product Guidelines
The Affiliate agrees to promote Brand’s product with the following terms:

| Emas Jaguar | Emas Bangkok, Korea, Vietnam, Titanium, etc |
Golden Jaguar Jewellery’s Rules
- Cannot create GJ Jewellery new listing.
- Cannot edit/amend GJ Jewellery listing price.
- Maintain good reputation of GJ Jewellery.
- Strictly not to carry others 24K gold plated jewellery product.
3. Discount & Promotion
- Affiliates shall not create or apply any discounts or promotions without approval.
- Livestream discounts require pre-approval.
4. Not to Overcommit
Affiliate agrees not to overcommit or make misleading claims about products.
5. Compliance & Behaviour
- Must comply with Malaysian laws
- Platform guidelines (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada)
- Brand SOPs
6. Confidentiality & IP
- All materials are intellectual property of GJ Jewellery.
- No modification or reuse allowed.
- Legal action may be taken for infringement.
7. Multi-Account Policy
- No multiple seller accounts allowed.
8. Termination
- Brand may terminate for breach of policy.
9. Post-Termination
- Must stop using brand materials immediately.
10. Legal Rights
- Governed by Malaysian law.
11. Indemnification
Affiliate is responsible for any damages or claims arising from breach.
12. Acceptance
By joining, affiliate agrees to all terms.
13. Penalty Charges
฿ 40,725.25 first warning, ฿ 81,450.50 second, ฿162,901 third warning.
14. Entire Policy
This document represents the full agreement between parties.
